WE ARE OPEN

Johnson City, Greene County and Mountain Kubota of Boone understands that many of our customers rely on us to keep their farms and businesses running. Spring is a busy time for our customers and we know there is work to be done therefore we intend to continue operations as long as the health and safety of our employees and customers is not compromised.

 

WE ARE HERE TO HELP

Being agricultural based we have been designated as an essential business and we will stay open as long as we are allowed to and are able. We ask for your support and input as we create the right way of safely providing what is needed and otherwise being of service.

As the number of confirmed cases of the Covid-19 virus rises and the risk of exposure increases, we feel it would be in the best interest of our employees, customers and families and to ensure that everyone’s health and safety is our greatest priority, as of today March 31, 2020, we will be restricting inside access of the office and shop area to our employees only.

CURBSIDE BUSINESS

We do not have to meet face to face to provide you with the same level of service you are used to. We can talk on the phone, or use text and email. You can even pull up and honk the horn and someone will come out to help you. We can deliver equipment and serviced machines to and from your doorstep and equipment can be picked up and dropped off from behind the shop with a simple phone call letting us know what needs to be done.

Being a partner means more than providing equipment solutions; it means keeping your family and friends safe in these uncertain times as well.

We are taking the following immediate actions to keep our employees and community safe.

 

  • We are cleaning our facility on a regular basis and wiping down high frequency areas.

  • Encourage staff to maintain good hygiene practices, including regular hand washing.

  • Advise any employee feeling sick to stay home and only return once it is safe to do so.

  • We will promote social distancing and follow the 6 feet distancing rule.

  • Our parts technicians are more than happy to work with you by phone or email to get you the parts you need. Please call (423) 928-8882 or email jckparts@gmail.com.

  • You can look up parts online at https://www.kubotausa.com/parts and provide us with the exact item you need to help speed up the process of fulfilling your order. 

  • All parts must be picked up without entering the store. Call, email or even pull up in front of our store and honk your horn, or flash your lights and we will come to your vehicle to help you.

  • Once you have placed your order we will advise you of a time to pick up your order. Please understand we will have to have some time to get everything together for you. 

  • Payments may be made by credit card over the phone 

 

 

SERVICE

  • Take advantage of pickup and delivery. We have the ability to pick up your equipment and bring it to our shop for repairs and deliver it back to you after the work is complete.You can discuss the repairs with our Service Manager and pay the bill over the phone. 

  • Equipment can be dropped off for service at the side of our building and a service writer will be available to start your evaluation outside the store.

SALES

  • Communicate with our sales staff by phone or email. (423) 928-8882

  • Our website contains great information on our products as well as links to download brochures.

  • Our lots remain open to vehicle traffic. Feel free to browse the lot.

  • Call us to schedule test drives during our quieter hours.

  • If you'd like to demo a tractor, UTV, Zero Turn, etc, our staff will accommodate you while adhering to social distancing guidelines.

  • Arrange all finance contracts and bills of sale to be delivered with your equipment or completed remotely and online.

  • You can apply for Kubota financing at https://www.kubotausa.com/finance/kubota-credit-corporation/finance-application-info. Give us a call when you have completed your app and we will walk you through the rest of the process.
